Duty Manager Henry S was exceptionally friendly and welcoming and so was service Manager Steve. We arrived tired early to the Hotel and Henry checked and said the room was ready and we could go to it. Bliss. We went down to Dinner. It just happened to be our 7th Anniversary and Service Manager Steve noticed the Anniversary card on our table. He asked if we would accept a nice bottle of wine from The Hotel with their Compliments. He spoke to Henry and both came out to wish Us a Happy Anniversary. How wonderful that felt. The courtesy. The smiles. We stay overnight at Hotels as we tend to have early or late flights and can't always pick up or return Hire Cars so the Hotels are a great idea of getting rest before travelling on. We had a very early flight next morning 5.55am so didn't think we would get any breakfast but there it was from 3am. Pastries ,Juice. Coffee Tea. fruit. PERFECT and a PERFECT Service too. How lovely. Well done Henry and Steve. Exceptional.

I stayed here for one night as a lay-over, as I had a flight quite early the next morning. A taxi to/from the Manchester Airport to this hotel only cost me £10 each way, and it takes taxis less than 10 minutes to get there. On that front it is ideally located. There is a lounge/bar on the ground floor of the hotel which was very busy but with a pleasant atmosphere. I was on the top-floor of the hotel so I did not experience any noise from the bar or people outside. The staff on reception were incredibly friendly, offered me breakfast in the morning, and arranged for a taxi to be waiting outside for me when I checked-out. My room was large with 1-double bed, a TV, and bathroom with shower. The bed was very comfortable and the entire room was very well kept. Overall I was satisfied.

I arrived at 6.45 am 11th Jan after a long horrendous flight which was delayed 6 times before finally taking off a day late, I was very tired and rather grubby, I was met by a lovely receptionist called Lyndsey, she went over and above to help me, she allowed a late check out to 2pm, suggesting I go to my room and come down for breakfast at 7 am then get some sleep before leaving, which I did, I slept for 5 hrs, had a lovely hot shower and checked out, I was greeted by Steven who again was wonderful, I ordered a coffee and he bought me a hot croissant before getting me a taxi, I would like to say both were exceptional in there customer care, they'll never know how much I appreciated their care.

Buffet breakfast was excellent we all enjoyed it each morning. Walk in shower was great good pressure on the shower head and shampoo and shower gel supplied. We had all we needed tv,hairdryer, iron, tv, kettle with supplied tea & coffee each day. Bed was extremely comfortable staff ever so helpful especially Angie she stood out from the rest. Location was a little far out from the bus train/ station which cost a taxi or a bus to get to and from the train/bus station to where we were going a lot during our stay. In summer this wouldn't be a problem in winter a little as it's a bit of a walk to and from the nearest bus stop. Over all I would recommend this hotel enjoyable stay.

Breakfast was really good apart from the scrambled egg. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well serviced with beverages. Having stayed here before, it was as good as I expected. The dinner menu was all it needed to be for me with plenty of options - the chicken makhani and naan bread was as good as anywhere else. The bar facilities looked good although I did not use them.
