I stayed here for one night as a lay-over, as I had a flight quite early the next morning. A taxi to/from the Manchester Airport to this hotel only cost me £10 each way, and it takes taxis less than 10 minutes to get there. On that front it is ideally located. There is a lounge/bar on the ground floor of the hotel which was very busy but with a pleasant atmosphere. I was on the top-floor of the hotel so I did not experience any noise from the bar or people outside. The staff on reception were incredibly friendly, offered me breakfast in the morning, and arranged for a taxi to be waiting outside for me when I checked-out. My room was large with 1-double bed, a TV, and bathroom with shower. The bed was very comfortable and the entire room was very well kept. Overall I was satisfied.

Breakfast was good. Plenty of choice. Beds extremely comfortable. Room was exceptionally clean and cleaned everyday! Staff friendly and sorted out noise issue we had from room above us on last night swiftly and had no further issues. Best stay we have had anywhere in the UK. Will be a pleasure to come and stay again. Highly recommended hotel to stay at. Price was excellent for what you get in room and a hot breakfast included in the price, reason alone to stay here is for the hot breakfast and comfortable bed and such clean rooms.

Even though the hotel is very busy (airport hotel) it was extremely well organized. Very comfortable beds, slept well. Refreshments in our room. Breakfast was busy but plenty to eat. Staff were very good; polite, friendly and efficient. The price was excellent. Close proximity to Christie’s hospital where we were visiting. There was fresh cold drinking water in the entrance opposite reception. Loved this….. ALL hotels should offer this. I take a water bottle everywhere and as small a gesture as this is, it made my day!

The location was ideal for what we had planned. Our room was very reasonably priced and was very clean and a decent size. Our bed was very comfortable and towels, soap/shampoo and coffee were all provided. Staff were all great. Had a lovely cold pint of Stella from the hotel bar when we got back after dinner in town, which cost £5.50 which I think is decent. Breakfast was a selection of cold or hot buffet food, so we were well fed for the 250 mile journey ahead.

We arrived early hours of the morning, the staff were great and had the sofa bed set up for us to use straight away, which was a real help after a long night travelling. The hygiene products provided for showering are very good quality, with a very well set up bathroom. A good range of hot beverages are also provided in the room.
